My name is Bradee!

 

I'm a midwest girl, Certified Health Coach and Fitness Professional who moved to Colorado as a twenty-something and has been hiking-obsessed ever since!

 

In combining my knowledge of fitness and passion for hiking, I’ve helped hundreds of women get lean and strong for the trails.

 

Now I am sharing with YOU that exact method with more personalization, support, and education than ever before!

I've been there. Just a few years ago, I felt sluggish and couldn't keep up with my friends on the trails despite working out a lot.



Working as a personal trainer for 9 years, I realized that I needed to change my actions in order to achieve my goals of getting leaner and stronger for the trails. 



I tried every type of diet, high rep / low weight workouts, all of the classes, running - you name it. I just couldn't seem to get as lean as I wanted and have enough stamina while hiking.



In 2020, I reached a point of total frustration. Enough was enough. I decided:

 

🙅‍♀️No more fad dieting and obsessive calorie counting.

🙅‍♀️No more basic, random workout programs.

🙅‍♀️No more excessive cardio to feel "thin".

 

I decided to design my own workout program designed to focus on:

✔️Building my Hiking Muscles

✔️Improving my Hiking Stamina

✔️Healthier Eating, Not Obsessive Dieting

 

Through this method of focusing on getting fit for hiking, I was able to drop 20 pounds in 6 months and feel incredibly fitter on the trails! I also used the recipes in this program to practice "intuitive eating", basically only eating when I felt hungry. Taking on backpacking trips, mountain summits (14ers), and trail running were no longer intimidating.
